Senior Frontend Engineer (B2B Product, UX)

## About the Role the company is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to lead the development of our cutting-edge B2B product, focusing on delivering an exceptional user experience. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our platform, translating complex business needs into intuitive and performant user interfaces. ## Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and performant frontend code for our B2B SaaS product. - Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and backend engineers to define and implement new features. - Champion best practices in frontend development, including code reviews, testing strategies, and performance optimization. - Drive improvements in user experience and interface design, ensuring a seamless and intuitive workflow for our business users. - Mentor junior frontend engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex frontend issues, ensuring the stability and reliability of the application. - Stay up-to-date with emerging frontend technologies and trends, evaluating their potential impact on our product. - Contribute to architectural decisions and technical roadmap planning for the frontend. ## Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on building complex web applications. - Proven expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, Angular). - Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles. - Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand, Vuex). - Proficiency in building and consuming RESTful APIs. - Experience with version control systems, particularly Git. - Strong understanding of web performance optimization techniques and cross-browser compatibility. ## Preferred Qualifications - Experience with TypeScript. - Familiarity with GraphQL. - Experience with UI testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress, Playwright). - Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG). - Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment. ## What We Offer - Competitive contract rate. - Opportunity to work remotely with a flexible schedule. - Be a key contributor to a rapidly growing B2B SaaS product. - Collaborate with a talented and passionate team. - Potential for long-term engagement based on performance and project needs.
