Manager – Data, Analytics & AI

We are hiring a Manager – Data, Analytics & AI to lead and execute Data, Analytics and AI initiatives for an enterprise client. The role combines strong technical expertise (Microsoft Azure data/analytics ecosystem, Databricks, Power BI) with project delivery, team leadership and senior stakeholder management. What you'll do: - Lead Data, Analytics and AI projects end-to-end, from requirement gathering through delivery, handling 3-4 projects simultaneously across multiple clients. - Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into data, analytics and AI solutions. - Define solution approach, architecture and implementation roadmap. - Plan scope, timelines, resources and deliverables; guide Data Engineering, Analytics and AI teams (typically 10-15 people). - Act as the key point of contact between client and delivery team, ensuring quality and timely delivery. - Identify new opportunities for AI, Gen AI, Analytics and Automation. What you need: - 12-18 years of total IT experience with substantial hands-on experience in Data Engineering, Analytics/Reporting and the Microsoft Azure stack, especially Databricks and Power BI (6-8 years hands-on each). - Experience with Microsoft Fabric and Azure AI/ML is required; familiarity with other Azure tools (ADF, ADLS Gen2, Synapse, Copilot, Power Automate/Apps) is a plus but not mandatory. - Awareness of Generative AI concepts and use cases (hands-on Gen AI solutioning not mandatory). - 5+ years of project/delivery management experience (Scrum/Agile), having led teams of 10-15 people. - Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging senior business and technology stakeholders. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field. How you'll work: Hybrid model (3 days from office in Baner, Pune, 2 days work-from-home). Immediate joiners preferred; maximum 30 days' notice accepted. This is a full-time, on-roll position.
